Private health insurance helps cover the cost of your health care. Some policies will include cover for optics which you can use to pay towards the cost of new glasses.
Policy limits vary depending on your level of cover. We recommend you contact your private health fund to check out any restrictions.
Alternatively, you can head in store and a member of the team can see if we can perform a quote via our Hicaps machine.
Due to health fund restrictions, we are not able to claim for non-prescription items via private health insurance either in-store, or via an invoice online.
If you are getting a different Optometrist to fit lenses into your Oscar Wylee frames, they may be able to claim towards the lenses but this depends on policy limits.

All purchases made in-store can be claimed directly on your behalf by our store team and you will only need to cover the gap. If you do not have your card, you will need to pay the total and claim back from them.
After you purchase through our online store, we will provide an invoice with all the information you need to make a claim, including our provider number, item codes and costs. To claim your rebate, send through our invoice with the relevant claim form.
We are unable to provide items codes for non-prescription items.
