How to Choose the Best New Arrival Sunglasses for Women?

When choosing the best new arrival sunglasses for women, consider factors such as face shape, selecting a suitable style and ensuring comfort. These steps don't just apply to new arrivals but also choosing any type of best women's sunglasses. The ways to choose the best new arrival sunglasses for women are listed below.

  • Consider face shape: Consider face shape when choosing the best new arrival sunglasses for women to complement your natural features and overall look. For example, round face shapes are well suited to rectangle and cat-eye sunglasses.
  • Select a suitable style: Select a suitable style for the best new arrivals glasses for women by trying on a variety of options. Try experimenting with different width frames, colours and material combinations to see what glasses best suit your sense of style and appearance.
  • Ensure comfort: Ensure comfort when choosing new arrival glasses by putting your frames on and assessing how they fit. See if they slip down your nose bridge or feel like they are pinching your nose bridge or if they feel tight around the head.

How to Choose the Best New Arrival Sunglasses for Men?

To choose the classic sunglasses frames for men, you should consider face shape, frame size, colour of the frames and sun protection. These factors are similar to how you would choose the best optical glasses for men. The considerations for how to choose the best sunglasses frames for men are listed below.

  • Consider Face Shape: Consider face shape when choosing the best classic sunglasses for men. Certain classic frames pair well with certain face shapes as they balance out your features, such as browline sunglasses complementing square faces. Browline glasses balance out and emphasise the strong jawline and facial angles of square faces.
  • Frame Size: Consider frame size by trying them on yourself, as this allows you to truly assess how they fit on your face. A good rule of thumb to remember is that the frame should align with your temples and not extend past the eyebrows. A well-fitting classic sunglass frame ensures your eyes and the surrounding skin will be protected from the sun.
  • The Colour of your Frames: Consider the colour of your frames based on your personal aesthetic and everyday attire, notably your summer clothing. For example, navy sunglasses may pair well with similarly navy or dark blue colour schemes.
  • Sun Protection: Sun protection is the most important functionality of sunglasses. Ensure the sunglass lenses have UV 400 protection, which blocks at least 95% of UV between 190 and 400nm, according to The Cancer Council. All Oscar Wylee sunglasses have UV400 protection.

How to Choose New Arrival Sunglasses According to Skin Tone?

To choose the new arrival sunglasses according to skin tone, a person needs first to identify their skin undertone and then pick a complementary colour. Identifying your skin tone can be done by looking at the veins on the inner wrist. If the veins are blue or purple, this usually indicates a cooler tone. If the veins are more blue-green, then a person may have neutral undertones. If the veins are more yellow or green looking, this can indicate a warm undertone. For warmer skin undertones, frames in warm and earthy colours, such as oranges, browns and tortoiseshells will look good. For cooler skin tones, cooler colours such as blues, silvers and purples are suitable. Neutral skin tones can generally go well with either colour scheme, and you can't go wrong with black to complement any skin tone.

How to Choose New Arrival Sunglasses According to Face Shape?

The ways to choose new arrival sunglasses according to face shape involve identifying what face shape you have and what glasses will best complement this face shape. The most common face shapes are round face shapes, square face shapes, pear face shapes, oval face shapes and heart face shapes. The ways to choose new arrival sunglasses according to face shape are listed below.

  • Round face shapes: Round face shapes are characterised by a round, softer look lacking angles. The best glasses for round faced males and females are rectangular or square frames for new arrival sunglasses, as these help to bring angle and definition to the face.
  • Square face shapes: Square face shapes are generally as wide as they are long and look angular. The best glasses for square face shapes include round, cat-eye or oval frames as these soften the angular face.
  • Pear face shapes: Pear face shapes are characterised by a narrow forehead and fuller jaw. The best glasses for pear faced men and women are rectangular and square glasses are well suited to pear face shapes, as they add width to the forehead and help balance the face.
  • Oval face shape: Oval face shapes resemble an oblong shape and have smooth curves. The best glasses for oval face shaped men and women are rectangular, square or cat-eye sunglasses as they bring more depth and angles to the face.
  • Heart face shape: A heart-shaped face is characterised by a wider forehead and a smaller chin. Glasses for a heart-shaped face include square and aviator frames, as these shapes help to balance out the wider forehead.

How are High-Quality New Arrival Sunglasses Manufactured?

How high quality new arrival sunglasses are manufactured will depend on the material. Acetate, derived from the fibres in cotton pulp or wood, makes a compound called cellulose acetate. Dyes are added to the acetate to create individual colours and then rolled out into a sheet. To create the patterned and multi-coloured new arrival sunglasses you see in our stores, small acetate pieces are cut from the individually coloured sheets. A CNC milling machine sculpts the frame from a single piece of acetate, cutting the lens holes, the grooves for the hinges, and the nose bridge to make the front of the frame. The frame then goes through a dozen manual steps, including milling and heat moulding for the frame shape to take its final form and curvature so that it will fit comfortably. Contrastingly, metal new arrived sunglasses go through a reeling machine. During different phases, the front rim of the glasses is welded manually to the other frame components such as the nose bridge, temples and nose pad wires. Once the sunglass parts are fully assembled, the lenses are fitted and the frame is put through quality control.
