I came to Oscar Wylee for a second opinion and received professional and friendly service from the e...ntire team and wasnt made to feel like a number. There was an awesome selection of frames to choose from. Pricing was extremely reasonable (an entire pair of glasses cheaper than what I was previously paying elsewhere) and this was selecting the Elite options without heathfund extras cover. The turn around time also exceeded expectation. And an added bonus is I can reuse my same OW frames the next time I upgrade if I want to- reducing the cost even more. See more

I had the pleasure of meeting Lorenz and Jo at the Strathpine Oscar Wylee store. Lorenz walked me th...rough the initial tests before further tests with the optometrist and I found that he was super informative. Jo assisted with frame options as I thinking about purchasing prescription sunglasses. She never once hinted at purchasing standard prescription glasses as tests results indicated that there was only a slight variation from my previous test. Lorenz confirmed that it wasn't necessary if that was the case. Both of the staff members treated me with high level professionalism - no forced upselling involved. I recommend giving this store a visit. See more

Turned up for my appointment, filled out documents as required- private health being a DVA Veteran G...old Card. I had the appointment and chose 3 sets of glasses, it wasn't until I was to I pay that I was informed they don't honour DVA Gold Card, therefore would need to pay in full. That would have been good to know before I went through with the appointment, considering it was on the submitted form at the beginning of my appointment. Apart from that, the selection of clear and tinted sunglasses were nice, price not unreasonable (as I had to pay) See more
