Oscar Wylee provides a 1 year warranty from the date of delivery on frames and lenses against manufacturing faults or defects, free of charge. Oscar Wylee also offers repair or replacement for problems experienced with vision for prescription sunglasses during everyday use for claims made within 30 days of delivery.

The duration of shipment is 7-10 business days for Oscar Wylee sunglasses to arrive at an Oscar Wylee store for pick-up. Contrastingly, metal frames go through a reeling machine. During different phases, the front rim of the glasses is welded manually to the other frame components such as the nose bridge, temples and nose pad wires. Once the sunglass parts are fully assembled, the lenses are fitted and the frame is put through quality control.
