The customer service, store and eye testing was fine. However during eye testing the room smelled li...ke cigarettes. There is room for improvement in terms of this as eye testing is a health-related service and therefore there is a level of hygiene expectation from the client. See more

They helped me pick out gorgeous glasses and listened well to my babbling. The most amazing thing was they came within a week!! ???? Very very happy. See more

I did an eye test because I had an injury and the Optometrist (Victoria) was great! She was professi...onal, took her time to examine my eye and prescribed eye drops which helped me get better in a few days. See more

Very thorough optometrist! Very very impressed. Went through everytyhing, double checked it and went... above and beyond. Great service from the team and Dr Nguyen was excellent.

First of all I didn’t need to wait that’s already a positive feeling. Secondly the optometrist took ...his time to go through my current situation and explain in details, he was very patient. Lastly they don’t push you to get prescription glasses. You can browse, take your time to have a think or come back later if you wish! I am pleased, highly recommended. See more

Walked in off the street for an eye test to check the recovery of my eye surgery, the optometrist wa...s very professional and knowledgeable, and she answered all my questions. The test was complete and thorough, checking the health of my eyes. They didn't just test to see if I needed glasses or not. I received great advice and options for treating dry eyes. All bulk billed with Medicare, what a country! See more
