Recently went here for an eye test, three years after getting one at a competitor and was super amaz...ed at the great service and professionalism!! The ladies took the time to explain what each testing process is for in a way that makes sense for me, and what the results mean. Also my first time being fitted for glasses where they measured my pupil distance to make sure the lenses sat right, I had never heard of that before! Super impressed, thank you!! See more

I used to go to Specsavers and I could have gone to them again as they are practically opposite to O...scar Wylee in Salamander Shopping Centre, however, I thought I would OW a try. After all I could always go back to Specsavers if I wanted. The girls in the store were both efficient and super friendly and although I haven't got my glasses yet I am sure when I go back in two weeks they will be perfect. Bella also reminded me that as a diabetic I should have the full eye test to make sure my eyes were fine. I was saying I wouldn't bother but she talked me around. See more

My return visit to the Salamander Outlet was 100%! Both the manager and Optometrist Alice were total...ly professional and explained everything including my prescription, what had changed from the previous visit and what would be done to prescript my new special requirements for my Studio uses! Have previously visited the other major Vision outlets, but can't see any reason to go elsewhere other than Oscar Wylee! See more
