As someone who had never worn glasses before, she took the time to help me choose a pair that suited my appearance, didn’t feel too noticeable, and gave me confidence from the start. Norhan was also excellent when conducting my eye test. He was very thorough, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. The advanced eye-testing equipment they use added to the confidence I had in the whole experience. Nawras kept me updated on when my glasses were due to arrive, and they arrived on time. The communication and service from the whole team were outstanding. I would highly recommend Oscar Wylee Helensvale Westfield. Dr Nabhani was fabulous- taking time to answer my million questions and was very thorough. Allergies... have been playing havoc with my eyes for a while and he’s given me a prescription and hope for it getting better - thankyou! Hayley then took the time to help me choose the right frames for both reading and sunglasses and was so kind and caring. I’d held onto the same pair of reading glasses for over 7 years because I didn’t like the way any others looked, and she was able to help me find 2 beautiful pairs in less that 30mins and I’m SUPER happy with them both! After initially having an eye test at Specsavers, I decided to visit Oscar Wylee because their range... of glasses suited my needs much better. During my appointment, the team compared my previous prescription and quickly determined that it wasn't providing the best possible vision. I then had a full eye examination with the optometrist at Oscar Wylee Helensvale Westfield. It was, without question, the best eye examination I've ever had. The optometrist was highly experienced, professional and incredibly personable. He immediately put me at ease, took the time to explain everything clearly, and was thorough throughout the entire process. I left feeling completely confident that I had the right prescription for my eyes. I also want to give special recognition to Hayley. She is an outstanding member of the team who genuinely knows her craft. Her knowledge, professionalism and friendly approach made choosing my glasses an enjoyable experience, and nothing was too much trouble. My eye test was on Saturday but as we were walking into Westfield Helensvale, my phone rang from Osc...ar Wylee. The optometrist hadn't turned up so my appointment has to be cancelled. Annoying as we live at Canungra. But the manager was very apologetic there was nothing she could do but rearrange appointment. We went the following day Sunday. The lady optometrist was absolutely lovely and she was very professional but also very caring. I have ordered new lenses for my clear specs and my sunglasses. I wish it was faster to get them three week wait. But it is what it is. Yes I will continue to come to Oscar Wylee for my eye care. Very happy with the Helensvale store staff. The lady optometrist was a delight. See more

The Optomitrist was excellent. Thorough eye test and took time to explain what was required and answ...ering all my questions. However I was disappointed when I asked about my results and eye script from 2025. I was told there was no script written. When I asked the Optomitrist, I was told it was written on my record. I was wanting the script to purchase new frames from another outlet. Not ethical. See more

The optometrist was very informative throughout the testing. The front of house staff were also amaz...ing at helping pick out glasses, find different that suit and run through the options available for different transition lenses. Ive been going to Oscar Wylee for 4/5 years and this last visit had the best service even though they got quite busy during the visit. See more

Walked in to my appointment to have my eyes checked happy to say that the whole process was a bree...ze as I was feeling pretty anxious at the time. being a diabetic & knowing that if you have problems in the back of your eyes could be a result of not driving anymore. But walking out of my session feeling very great full that my eyes are great . next check up in a years time ....Yay me. and thank you to the Doctor who did my test. See more
